FOR PARENTS

Our Home Service Model

We partner closely with families to identify what interventions would be helpful for their child at home, in school, and in the community. Each service begins with a comprehensive child observation and review of relevant records, including medical, developmental, and educational documentation. When applicable, we also offer IEP advocacy and collaboration with school teams to ensure that your child’s needs are understood and supported across environments.

Our approach includes:

  • Family assessments to identify strengths, stressors, and priorities.

  • System creation to establish clear, consistent routines and expectations at home.

  • Parent training and coaching to equip caregivers with effective, sustainable strategies for managing challenging behaviors and promoting positive change.

All services are customized to meet the specific needs of your child and family. Sessions may be conducted in your home for hands-on guidance or virtually via Zoom for convenience and accessibility.

What to Expect

Step 1: Initial Consultation & Intake

Families begin with an initial consultation—either in person or via Zoom—to discuss their child’s strengths, challenges, and goals.

During this meeting, we review background information, complete an intake form, and determine the best service model for your family.

Step 2: Observation & Assessment

A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) observes your child in their natural environment (home, virtual, or community setting) and reviews relevant records such as IEPs, evaluations, or behavior plans.

This helps us understand the “why” behind behaviors and identify areas of focus for parent training.

Step 3: Plan Development & Family Coaching

Your BCBA creates a customized parent training plan with clear, practical strategies tailored to your family’s needs. Sessions focus on teaching, modeling, and practicing positive behavior support techniques that can be applied in everyday routines.

Step 4: Ongoing Support & Progress Monitoring

We provide continued coaching, feedback, and data review to ensure strategies are working and progress is maintained. As your child’s needs evolve, the plan can be adjusted to promote ongoing growth and success at home.
