Our School Service Model
At Synergy Behavioral Solutions, we partner with schools across the United States to strengthen their capacity to effectively support students with behavioral and social-emotional challenges. We help districts build meaningful, sustainable special education programs that foster growth, inclusion, and long-term success for both students and staff.
Our school-based services include:
- Self-Contained Program Assessments & Audits – Comprehensive reviews of classroom structure, behavior systems, and instructional supports to identify strengths and opportunities for improvement.
- Teacher & Paraprofessional Trainings – Targeted professional development focused on practical behavior management strategies, data collection, and positive reinforcement systems.
- Functional Behavior Assessment (FBA) & Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP) Development – Collaborative assessments and individualized plans that are both evidence-based and actionable within the school environment.
- MTSS Behavioral Support Guidance – Consultation and framework development to help school teams implement multi-tiered systems of support that address behavioral needs across all levels.
- BCBA & RBT Support for Immediate Needs – Short-term, on-site, or virtual behavioral support to assist schools in managing urgent student needs, implementing intervention plans, and stabilizing classroom environments while long-term systems are developed.
We offer customized packages and varying levels of support to meet each school’s unique needs—from one-time trainings to ongoing consultation and program development.
